There is a garden, a refreshing 6x3-meter pool, an infrared sauna, large bedrooms, one on the ground floor with access to the pool, and two upstairs. The living room has a dining table, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms, a barbecue on the terrace and a seating area. Parking in front of the house. The city center is 30 minutes away by train, which is 8 minutes from the house, or 30 minutes by car. We are not a party house.

Quiet green modern neighborhood. There is a parking space in the underground parking lot under the house. In the building there is a restaurant of Czech and international cuisine, a store, a store in the building. Near the metro there is a large shopping center with lots of cafes and shops.
