Quiet home that is close to everything. Spacious master (with work space), 2 guest rooms with queen beds, high ceilings, Piano, TVs with Netflix and Disney+, and big patio. This is a very spacious and well-maintained property. The vaulted ceilings help the rooms feel extra spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, yet a quick drive to everything you may want and need. Guests have access to the whole house, beautiful backyard, and spacious garage (which includes a pool table and ping pong table).

Circular drvway fits 3 RVs. 3.5 mi. to dwntwn. 25 mi. to ski. 10 min. to airport. Located on Steamboat Ditch Trail - 40 mi. of flat biking/walking trail along creek. Gated yard. High speed internet. Close to parks, coffee shops, restaurants & breweries. Small gatherings may be allowed but have to be pre-arranged.(fee).
