At Utstein there are animals inland and cultural pastures all year round and limited access to traffic. It is possible to see/participate in the farm operations. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and the Kjerag.

Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Kloster, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug visiting farm or Kongeparken.

Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Idse wonderful life, 25 minutes from Pulpit rock

Slapp av på idylliske Idse. Utsikten her er magisk. Å avslutte dagen på terassen med fyr i bålpannen og å sitte i jacuzzien med utsikt utover fjorden er virkelig herlig. Hytta er moderne og bra utstyrt. God plass til 7 gjester. Kort vei til Preikestolen, Lysefjorden og Stavanger.
