A haven of peace in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2500 m2) overlooking a pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas. The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

Beautiful spacious contemporary in the heart of the commune, nestled in a green setting. Peaceful environment with all amenities nearby. It consists of a master suite on the ground floor and 3 comfortable bedrooms (140 bed for each) with a shared bathroom upstairs. The living room (dining room and kitchen), opens directly onto the large terrace and the enclosed garden, not overlooked. The living room is separate.
