The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). For a unique stay at Villa Korholan, you can book a separate Saunala building with 2 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom and an electric sauna. Your reservation includes access to the swimming pool and hot tub, playground, gym and beach sauna. Cooking is possible in the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area. Terrace areas are at your disposal. Our premises accommodate one group at a time. So you can enjoy the place in peace. The hosts live in the main building and take care of your comfort.

Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Stay North - Katajala

Villa Katajala is a modern lakefront house just over an hour from Helsinki. Surrounded by forest and set only 20 metres from the water’s edge, this spacious villa features floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass conservatory, and two lawns for outdoor games. A jacuzzi, sauna with lake views, and a fire pit offer plenty of ways to relax. With a sandy beach, paddle boards, a rowing boat, and fast WiFi, Katajala suits both quiet vacations and time together with family or friends.

The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.

Escape to our charming riverside retreat! This old house offers 4 bedrooms, 8 comfy beds, and stunning river views from multiple windows. Fish and swim in the river, relax in the traditional Finnish sauna, and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Works great for birthday parties and other special occasions! Lush nature surrounds the house. The river is a lifeline of the area and you may spot birds, otters, foxes and other animals right from the window!

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
