The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. The well-kept, small apartment with garden view is located in the rear part of the owner's house. The separate entrance is only accessible via several steps. From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the countryside/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. Many great hiking and biking trails in nature await you . You can also reach by train with good connections..... Lucerne,Entlebuch,Berne,Zurich,Basel and many more.

Das Studio verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und ein eigens Badezimmer. Im Sommer kannst du deinen Sitzplatz mit Sonnenuntergang geniessen. In's schöne Zofiger-Städtli sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Zofingen liegt sehr zentral! Du hast mit dem Auto nach Zürich, Bern oder Basel maximal 1 Stunde.

Private studio in excellent location

Fully equipped studio in a prime location with double bed. If necessary, additional sleeping facilities for up to 2 people available (see photos). Quiet detached house district on a sunny hillside location, about 5 minutes from the highway as well as close to Sursee or Zofingen. Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. We speak in German, in English, in French and in Spanish and looking forward to seeing you soon.

You will surely feel comfortable in this spacious & special accommodation. It consists of a double bed and in addition two mattresses that can be laid out in the living room. The apartment is with separate entrance in a detached house. The large outdoor area can also be used. The southern orientation of the apartment captivates with its wonderful sunshine. The apartment is new. The equipment including bed content was newly purchased in the fall of 2024.

In this 200-year-old farmhouse, you can arrive and find peace. The cottage radiates coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance including infrastructure. The schoolhouse, including playground, is easily accessible. In the former farmhouse lives a family of 4 with 4 cats. If you need anything, we're here to help, but the location is designed to be undisturbed

Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralschweiz. Sie haben mit dem Auto nach Luzern 35 Min., Zürich 45 Min., Bern 40 Min. oder Aarau 15 Min. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.
