Beautiful Barn in Aubrac

This spacious, tastefully renovated barn will enchant you with its location in the middle of nature, in an unspoiled setting. The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, everything has been heathered. This accommodation of 112 m², fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where the weather is suspended. Not overlooked.

Furnished tourist accommodation, classified***, 30 m2 located at the gates of Aurillac. It's already the countryside: calm, greenery and little birds! Apartment for 2 people adjoining our house but totally independent (private terrace, 1 private parking space). Ideal location for a professional stay (Aurillac 5 minutes away) or tourist: Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort 40 minutes away – Salers 30 minutes away – Swimming at the St Etienne Cantalès dam 20 minutes away. Aurillac Street Theater Festival.

Completely renovated in November 2019, it is located on Rue Jules Ferry in a small building with character and a secure entrance (4 apartments -> no disturbances). Renovated with quality materials and modern equipment, it has a patio of more than 20 m2 and a parking space under video surveillance. If you ski or mountain bike, there is a dedicated space to store your equipment.

nice little cozy and comfortable house very quiet on large wooded property with parking, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 1 single bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom upstairs, living room, dining room and an equipped kitchen, 1 powder room on the ground floor. Located in the heart of the Cantalian mountains, close to many small shops and 8 km from Aurillac. Many sights and museums to visit, beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Important: I do not allow pets.
