I suggest you stay in a charming studio in the heart of my garden where you will have a small private terrace. The accommodation is equipped to make your stay a pleasant one. Within walking distance you will find shops and a supermarket 5 minutes by car. You can easily reach all major highways and the city center. You will be 45 minutes from La Rochelle and Île de Ré, 1 hour from Futuroscope, 1.5 hours from Puy du Fou and of course at the gates of the Marais

Come and enjoy a nice trip in "le marais poitevin". In the very heart of the village, a few meters from the bakery, the soccer field, and a pretty walk in the marsh. 10 min from Fontenay - Le - Comte, very beautiful Renaissance town which offers commercial areas, touristic activities for everyone, bars, restaurants and a renowned racetrack. Approximately 1h from La Rochelle, Nantes, le Puy du Fou, le Futuroscope, beaches... 2h30 from Bordeaux.

Nice little studio in an outbuilding of my property Very quiet and close to the city center i put all my heart into preparing a pleasant stay for you We are a 12 minute walk from Niort market and its 12th century dungeon downtown the road a few light climbs and descents very nice walk by the river Sèvres, close to a supermarket. 3 min from the ring road and the center of NORON. 15 min from Poitevin Marsh. 40 minutes from La Rochelle.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a private house with independent entrance through the garage of the house, and independent stairs. Quiet environment, overlooking garden and park. Central location, nearby businesses, close to all amenities. Free street parking. No pets allowed.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
