The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

One of a kind earth home built in 1983 nestled in the foothills just 2.6 miles above downtown Boise. The structure of this unique home is made of varying thicknesses of concrete. Owners purchased the home in 2008, residing until 2017. Since then, majority of their free time was spent working on thorough renovation which included new plumbing, electrical and HVAC system. Completed early April 2021, the long duration of time was taken to ensure that every detail was pristine.
