There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

A loft bedroom features a spacious bed flanked by matching nightstands with lamps. Exposed wooden beams create a charming architectural detail under the sloped ceiling. A framed piece of artwork adorns the wall, enhancing the room's character.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

An outdoor balcony features wooden decking and a round table surrounded by four intricately designed chairs. A potted plant adds greenery to the space, and a low fence provides privacy while allowing views of the surrounding area and vibrant mural.
