The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

An outdoor balcony features wooden decking and a round table surrounded by four intricately designed chairs. A potted plant adds greenery to the space, and a low fence provides privacy while allowing views of the surrounding area and vibrant mural.
