Shaving Point Views! With water views from every window, this property is a holiday home away from home. The Space Rustic and cottage like with loads of timber, a massive kitchen, living area and bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with queen bed and bunk beds. The neighbourhood Perched on the top of Stirling Road, a stones throw from the Metung Pub, Village, Yacht Club, Shaving Point boat ramp, Back Beach and the Boardwalk. A short drive to the Metung Hot Springs.

Pet friendly cosy and warm rustic cottage on the water at Eagle Point. Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage is on Lake King of Gippsland Lakes. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. On windy days watch kite surfers out the front. The ambience and serenity are wonderful. Electric vehicle? We are happy to have it plugged in while you are here

The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

This place has all you’ll need! As soon as you board the unique ferry (car or passenger) you will begin to feel relaxed. Spend your days by the water, strolling through nature, wildlife spotting, or just kick back on the deck watching the bird life with a glass of wine or a cuppa.

Simply head out the driveway, turn left, pass one house, and take the bush track or stairs down to the boardwalk. From there, it’s a pleasant 1km stroll to the heart of Metung. Need more space ?
