You can go skiing, hiking in the hills, or enjoy the mountain view from the terrace or the garden. There are multiple ski lifts nearby, the nearest is in just 50 m.The restaurants are at a convenient distance of just 2 km while the general supplies can be found in the next 3 km. The public pool is in 9 km. With such a convenient location and facilities, the home is ideal for big groups of friends. Enjoy skiing, relax in the garden, or go for a dip in the pool. The cozy home by the ski area is definitely a unique option for a group friends vacation. Both town center and bank are in just 2 km. Extra information: -Due to the strict environmental laws, a service fee of 20 euros will be charged, for which you will receive 2 garbage bags from the municipality for the residual waste. Der ideale Urlaub für Zeitreisende. Mein Haus wurde 1910 als eines der ersten Ferienhäuser am Bodensee gebaut. Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See und kann dabei noch die frechen Eichhörnchen beobachten. Auf 240 m² kann jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz finden. Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach. Das Haus ist ruhig. Der Standort prima. Das Badezimmer ist mit anderen zu benutzen, so auch die Toilette. Ein uraltes Treppenhaus. Die Bilder vom Zimmer sind nicht unbedingt die Bilder, die dem Zimmer entsprechen. Der Gartensitz kann mitbenutzt werden, so die Küche. Der Eingang ist nicht bei der violetten Türe, dort ist man falsch, sondern dort wo ein Schaukasten und ein Schild zu sehen ist.
