The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 people can also sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (total 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: eat-in kitchen with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station (Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about 5 minutes' walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank approx. 2-3 minutes' walk, supermarket approx. 10 minutes' walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

The two-room apartment with about 57 square meters is located on the 6th floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. The apartment offers magnificent panoramic views of the Alps and Lake Constance. The in-house indoor swimming pool is free for holiday guests. The indoor swimming pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm. A car parking space is included in the price. A journey by car is recommended, as the connection to public transport is not particularly good. Charging station for electric cars with 11kW AC is at the parking lot.

There are 2 apartments, here the lower small 30 sqm apartment "Fuchsbau". It is suitable for singles and couples who want to retreat and still be in the middle of things. You can relax, hike, swim, enjoy wellness, art and culture, boating and cycling.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
