The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or on the private parking lot 50 m away.

The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, e.g. refrigerator, kettle, hotplates, pots, plates, cups, cutlery, etc. These are housed in a fitted kitchen.
