It is located on the hillside down towards Lake Siljan with beautiful views. 5 minutes walk to the city center and swimming. Proximity to the bus that goes to Dalhalla. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite steep and are not suitable for children and people with bad knees. In other words, not a handicap accessible home. It is not possible to add hot water as an amenity but it is both in the bathroom and kitchen. Non smoking.

Sofa bed (1pers) in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV, porch and toilet with shower. Extra travel cots if needed. We rent out a minimum of two nights. No pets due to allergies. Five-minute walk to Lerdalshöjden where you can book a bus to Dalhalla via Dalhalla. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Bed linens can be obtained for an additional fee paid on spot. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The yard have horses, dogs and cats. In winter, there are good opportunities for both cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. In summer there is everything Rättvik has to offer such as Dalhalla, nature, golf course in the village, etc. Swimming area within a few minutes walking distance. Cycling distance to Dalhalla. Some bicycles are available to borrow, but please let us know when booking. A ride to and from Dalhalla can possibly be arranged.

The plot is large with its own small beach where access to jetty and boat is available. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and the possibility of ice skating.

A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
