Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy Lake Constance for swimming and the golf course with stunning views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate neighborhood.

The short walk to the surrounding adventure parks such as Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar and the TV-famous Waldwipfelweg is simply beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many possibilities to explore nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with observation tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can follow a stream to the peaks. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

It offers three bedrooms (two sleeping places each), an open kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. On request, we will provide you with a baby cot (2 available), highchair and more. Four beds can be placed individually or as a double bed.
