The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Discover the charm of Děčín in our cozy apartment that makes you feel right at home. The main train station is just 3 minutes away, offering direct connections to Dresden (1 hr) and Prague (1.2 hrs). Buses (2 min) take you to Bohemian Switzerland or Tisá Walls. We provide storage for bikes/strollers; hypermarkets and supermarkets are within 5 min. Parking by the house (paid) or 2 min free. Our house is a 270-year-old timber-framed house that we have lovingly renovated and remodeled. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden floorboards or wooden framework. Our garden is designed in such a way that living beings that are native there can still feel comfortable, such as salamanders, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfishers and wild bees. Anyone who stays in the garden for a long time can observe these many rare inhabitants in our garden.

On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.
