It is best known for the Quintana Celabration and the First Courses of Italia. To be able to know its surrounding ( like Asis, Montefalco, Spello, Bevagna, Rasiglia, Perugia or Norcia) you can use the train or bus that is 500 mt away. Delightful 45 sqm studio located in the heart of Foligno. An ideal solution for experiencing the lively city center, full of restaurants, cocktail bars, aperitif bars, and cinemas. The house is a few meters from Piazza della Repubblica, San Domenico auditorium, Gonzaga barracks, and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity, you can also take advantage of all kinds of services (banks, pharmacies, markets, etc.) without having to take the car.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
