Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, fireplace and wood-fired sauna, An oasis that is for you who appreciate the quality of life and do not want to live in the center. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here it's important to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly onto the mattresses 😊 Cozy, charming and not for those who want to stand tall in bed😉 Bed linens, towels are included.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Cabin by the sea, close to both Stockholm and Vaxholm.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Only shower during the summer. Max space for 2 people.

Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the dock 30 meters away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside your door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you wish to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. 2st fungerande kakelugnar, furugolv, nytt badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda

Holmen (The Islet)

Visit the tranquility of the beautiful 18th-century cottage, located on the farm Holmen. 30 minutes northeast of Uppsala is this peaceful place, a double cottage with two entrances. Newly-renovated kitchen and bedroom, newly-installed heat pump and air conditioner. Shower and washing machine available. Patio is available and the farm is located remotely next to the forest and beautiful fields. Parking for several cars is available in the courtyard.

A unique lakeside accommodation with a nice view of Åkers kanal, Åkersbro and Prästfjärden. Here you live in a carefully renovated warehouse on three floors from about 1850 with preserved charm. The house feels both luxurious and cozy and has a fantastic atmosphere and tranquility. NOTE: Not safe for smaller children; stairs without railings, windows without child lock at floor level with high fall height. Not adapted for accessibility.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
