Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, fireplace and wood-fired sauna, An oasis that is for you who appreciate the quality of life and do not want to live in the center. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here it's important to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly onto the mattresses 😊 Cozy, charming and not for those who want to stand tall in bed😉 Bed linens, towels are included.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof. Canadians are there and you can swim from the property. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.

Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside your door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you wish to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you can enjoy a beautiful nature all year round, have a moment in the sauna and jump in the outdoor bathtub. You can even choose to have a warm water or cold in the tub. In the main house you find a nice and easy-to-use fireplace to make your evening cozy and warm. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.

Ocean View Cottage

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Welcome to Villa Vidablick in scenic Halmbyboda, only 7 km from the city limits east of Uppsala. Enjoy this brand new and unique accommodation. The interior design style is from the turn of the century, 1880s in Scandinavian design. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with dining area and sleeping area in the same room and bathroom, about 35 sqm. Upstairs (one room) with living room, sofa bed, two sleeping alcoves about 25 sqm. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.
