IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Soovi korral saab teha kaminasse tule. Korter asub vanas puitmajas kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karlova piirkonnas. Lähedal on olemas toidupood, baarid ja söögikohad. Samas majas on saadaval ka teine sarnane korter.
