A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area.
