Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has access to the entire cottage, which has sleeping accommodations for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. An air-source heat pump ensures a suitable indoor temperature. 13 km to the city center. 9 km to grocery stores.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A fully-equipped 84 m2 vacation home with winter heating in Romppala, Kontiolahti. It is a little over 20 km to Koli. Herajärvi hiking trails are nearby. A peaceful place with no neighbors nearby. The cottage has a good level of equipment: 5 beds, a dishwasher and a washing machine, an air-source heat pump, an indoor sauna, an indoor toilet and shower, and a fireplace oven. In the yard, there is a spacious barbecue hut, a summer sauna, a trampoline, and space to be outdoors. You can swim from the dock. No pets, please.

Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Cottage with lake view

Well-equipped cottage in Kolin Purnuniemi on the shores of Lake Pielinen. This is a perfect accommodation for guests interested in sports and exercise. 400 m to the ski slope and sledding slope, 5 km to Ukko-Koli ski slopes, a rich and diverse network of trails in the national park. Koli village services about 2.5 km. Next to the cottage, there are good fishing opportunities and sandy beaches within a short boat trip (rowing boat available). The beach is in its natural state, suitable for swimming and has clear water that deepens.

Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Log cabin on the shore of Lake Pielinen

Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

A cottage by lake Höytiäinen

A cabin with sauna and a smaller cabin with summer kitchen only 52 kilometres from the famous Koli. The cabins are designed by an architect and situated on the lakefront of Höytiäinen. The lake is rich in fish. It has brown trout, white fish, perch, pike and especially pike-perch. In the tool shed you can find fish nets and and rods. Within just 400 metres from the cabin there's the protected Pöppökallio cliff. While at the cabin, the protected Lavalampi ridge area is also worth a visit.

Koliwood A

A semi-detached apartment built in 2006 in the holiday area of Loma-Koli, in the beach landscapes of Pielinen. 50m to the beach, no jetty, next to the cottage there is a road/path to the beach, where you can access the beach to the right. A rowboat on the beach, shared with Koliwood B. The undeveloped coastline continues for a really long way and only 500m away you will find a camping area.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
