Guesthouse at Oxdjupet near the sea

The guest house was built in the early 1900s and has stone walls, lilac hedges and cherry trees that frame the house with a small patio. In mid-May, the cherry trees bloom around the house, closely followed by the lilac. In early summer, the house is embedded in red roses. There is a patio with a barbecue grill, gas is included, and a veranda upstairs overlooking Oxdjupet. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, The rooms are divided by a curtain in the doorway. See picture. Living room downstairs with a bed 120 cm and sofa. The kitchen has a dining area, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment. There is no dishwasher No freezer Lovely forests for running, forest walks with berries and mushrooms after the season. Great chance to see fallow deer, red deer, moose, sea eagle and many butterflies. 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach on Rindö or on the Värmdö side. Oxdjupet beach club, café is 5 min walk from here, why not have breakfast here? Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. Sometimes it is visited by concerts and magic performances! 🥂 Fredriksborg Fortress, Orangery and hotel are close for cultural experiences and good food. The cheese factory, Syster & Jag Rindö is also within walking distance and is recommended! Reached by ferry, which is free and runs until about 10:20 pm. Please check current timetable! A country store is located on Rindö, otherwise the nearest grocery store is in Vaxholm, Hemmesta or Mölnvik. Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. No temporary unbooked visits are allowed on the property in addition to the two booked. Warm welcome

Direct ferry connection from Stockholm takes about 1.5 hours. Possibility to explore more islands from Vaxholm. Large plot and jetty for swimming shared with us. Not suitable for small children.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique place in the middle of the woods near Roslagsleden. You are completely alone in a large 38 sqm glamping tent. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option
