Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit eigenem Eingang. Küchenbereich und Flur sind offen gestaltet und gehen fliessend in den Ess- und Wohnbereich über. Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.

Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. Shops in 5 minutes walking distance. On the Rhine it is a 10-15 min walk Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a newly built area. Our house is ready. But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
