Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. Give yourself a quick getaway in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 square meters has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a desk, a kitchen and a seating area. Towels and a hairdryer are located in the private bathroom.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
