You should expect a 5-minute walk - just enough to switch your thoughts from everyday life to relaxation

Peaceful and very relaxed neighbours, that offer options for outdoor sports. 5 min walk on a lovely street leads to the sea : white dune, pedestrian roads and hiking trails. 5 min walk in the other direction leads to Rimi and Top grocery stores and the train station. 10 min walk to the local market every Friday.

One bedroom with two single beds that is possible to turn in double bed. Wide, spacious living room with one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed. Also includes a lot of closet space for personal belongings. 100m from city skiing track, obstacle park and ferris wheel. Train/bus station, cafes/restaurants and most of the tourist attractions are within 5min walk.

A light-filled living area features a large window with nature views, complemented by patterned curtains. A wooden floor enhances the cozy atmosphere, while a small coffee table is positioned between a comfortable chair and an upright piano against a wall. Shelving holds various books and decorative items.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

A wooden terrace is illuminated by the setting sun, casting a warm glow across the space. Tall trees frame the view, while the ocean can be seen in the distance, enhancing the serene atmosphere. The deck is spacious, inviting relaxation and appreciation of the natural surroundings.
