The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

The apartment comprises of a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 persons, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. We are a family that has been used for many years of wine production and, starting this year, we've created a cute apartment to rent. We're ready to be of service to you. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
