Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Bouda Orlí Hnízdo

The Orlí Hnízdo cabin is an experiential accommodation in the forest on a steep rock. Relatively difficult to reach. 60 min. by car from Prague, 30 min from Pilsen. Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill:) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the cottage. Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. Behind the boudou is a beautiful trek up the red hiking sign. Enjoy peace and quiet in a picturesque cottage in a South Bohemian village, located right on the bike path. There are a large number of forests in the area that lead to excursions.Chalupa has two gardens with outdoor seating, a sandpit for children, and where raspberries and blueberries grow. A big deal is a historic barn with seating for various celebrations. The cottage is decorated in a retro style with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and a folding sofa in the living room for two more guests. The renowned Inn u Jiskr is 5 minutes away by car.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Welcome to our beautiful and cozy, fully equipped apartment in the center of Strakonice. We offer 3 bedrooms and huge Livingroom, bathroom and 3 toilets in a building from 19th century. There is all you needed inside as e.g. Nespresso, Hairdryer, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a private backyard with seating area and free parking with camera supervision. The apartment is accessible via stairs - 3rd floor and 2 lockable door, so 100% safe. All is just nearby. Pets are welcome :)

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
