The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the view of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in addition to the private sauna and fireplace. The property has its own access to the Elbe, where you can fish in addition to water sports. With a maximum occupancy of 11 people, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Nestled in the historic structure of a lovingly preserved farm, our house uniquely combines tradition and contemporary comfort. In the basement, the original preserved granite construction impresses, which not only breathes charm but also history. The newly built floor on the upper floor was built in sustainable timber construction and houses three high-quality furnished apartments, each with 33 m² of living space.

Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax in the hammock. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax or to spend a fun game night. The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
