Modern suite located in Quito's best location, in front to Carolina Park, just walking distance of many of the touristic highlights like restaurants, bars, shopping malls and parks. The suite has one bedrooms, one bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and living room (One sofa Bed included); also there is a parking spot inside the building. The building has gym, sauna, hamman bath (turco), Kids play-zone, laundry room, and BBQ. The building terrace has a fire place and a panoramic view.

Our suite is located near "La Carolina park", 25´minutes from "Quito´s Historic center". The building has two entrances, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, game room, gym, yoga room, BBQ area, panoramic terrace, cinema, events room; available spaces prior reservation. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, washer - dryer, two tv's, two bathrooms, one shower, high speed internet. 12th floor. Parking available.
