This architecturally significant house was designed by the renowned postmodern architect Charles Moore and built in 1969. An addition providing ample entertaining space - including a dining room, den, loft, and roof deck - was completed in 2021, along with top to bottom refinishing of all rooms. You’ll love our home because it is newly-renovated, with spectacular views of Mill Pond, and given its tranquil, yet very central location, including a unique ambiance and diversity of locals. Our home is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with kids).

Shopping, dining/entertainment, and the beach—without a car! Relax or grill on the private patio surrounded by fully fenced lawn and gardens. Only a little over a half mile down to the beach. A short distance to bike rentals and the Shining Sea Bikeway for jaunts along the coastline. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! Two levels with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor; upstairs: a bathroom, master bedroom with a sitting area, a separate office with a desk and queen size bed.
