Our spacious contemporary 4 bed home is on a gated development with garage parking for a car plus an EV charger including an allocated outdoor parking space. Ideally located within a short walk to the delightful beaches, restaurants and shops of Newquay. Fast wifi and modern kitchen with a 4K TV in the living room. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets, stag/hen parties or multiple single sex bookings.

It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Fernleigh rest is a stylish and spacious two floor annex very close to Newquay and surrounding areas in Cornwall. Bus and train link on the door step. The annex has seamless blend of inside and outside living with its bifold doors in the living area. Perfect for any guest who loves natural light and fresh air. The bedroom area can sleep up to 4 people . The bedroom area has one king size bed and a sofa bed (see images). Bathroom is down stairs , down the corridor off the kitchen.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
