Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

Our house with terrace is located in the city center of Quiberon, set back in a quiet cul-de-sac where everything is within walking distance. Shops 1 min. Large beach 5 min. Pier for the islands 800 m away. Equipped kitchen, living room, terrace on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with balcony and 2 bathrooms. CLEANING TO BE PROVIDED IN ADDITION €75. House of 45 m² ideal for 4 people. Ker Grenat is tastefully furnished, to offer you maximum comfort. Labeled 3 Clévacances for its charm and comfort. It is located a 5-minute walk from the village of Baden, facing the golf course and at the foot of many hiking trails. Linens (bathroom towels, bath mats, tea towels and tablecloth) and baby kit provided. Small dogs allowed free of charge upon request. Possibility of a cleaning fee of 40 euros. Wifi.

Charming little courtyard house renovated by the architect owner. Made of bio-sourced materials (hemp and wood) for a contemporary and warm atmosphere. Ideal starting point for visiting the Gulf of Morbihan, Quiberon Bay, the Carnac alignments or playing golf in Baden. Walking distance to shops, bakery, café, creperie, market every Friday night. The sea is a 10-minute drive away. Buses connect Baden to Vannes train station. No pets allowed.

Nice house (50 m2) close to shops, beach, and train station. Unpack your bags, you don't need to take the car! You will appreciate this accommodation for its calm, as this pretty little house is protected at the end of an alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( **step ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.
