The accommodation is independent, with a shared car entrance and separate pedestrian entrance. 65 m2 house comprising on the ground floor a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds + a crib with bars, a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 private terraces. Beaches and shops within walking distance.

The accommodation "Perle Beach" is ideally located a few meters from the beaches and shops of Guidel. Great place to visit the area, spend a weekend, holidays for families or holidays with friends. Come and enjoy this small fully equipped house with a bright veranda as well as its fully fenced garden. The optimization of the duplex space allows a couple alone or with 2 children to stay there with ease. Linens are provided, beds are made upon arrival.
