Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

Direct tram at the foot of the apartment that serves the Olympic swimming pool (5 min), faculties (7 min), University Hospital (8 min), Dijon city center Place de la République (15 min), Central Station (20 min).

Our apartment has just been renovated and newly equipped (all comforts). So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.

29 m2 independent studio with private terrace

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
