This floor is the lower floor of an owner occupied duplex in the landmark district of Greenpoint Brooklyn. You’ll enjoy the exclusive use of a fully private garden-level apartment - complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom. Only the garden is shared between the guest and owner and our super chilled rescue pooch Daniela. The host will be on premises during your stay on the upper level of the duplex. Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.
