A 5 minutes du centre ville à pied, dans un quartier très calme avec une vue imprenable sur le vieux Embrun et les orres. Proche de la gare ( 5 min à pied) pour profiter des transports en commun. Une navette gratuite est disponible (2 min à pied) pour joindre le plan d'eau. Appartement de grande qualité dans une maison individuelle équipée d'électroménager moderne ainsi d'une table billard et d'un baby foot. Terrasse privée avec jardin commun avec les propriétaires pour un séjour inoubliable.

Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la résidence. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, literie très confortable dans la chambre ainsi que dans le salon. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du plan d'eau d'Embrun, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville, et à 20 minutes environ de la station des Orres.
