Never two without rooftops

Beautiful family house in the city center with a double terrace with magnificent views of the medieval rooftops of the city. The Lot is a few hundred yards away with canoes, electric boats for rent. Following flights, bed LINEN is now PROVIDED with surcharge (no towels),. A bail of 800E will be requested. Bonaguil Castle a few kms away. Max. capacity 5/6 pers. Church in the village = bells by day !! Do not book if it bothers. Thank you !

Forming part of a large property hidden away from the outside world. The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

Our Native American style chalet can accommodate up to 6 people in its 40m² space and 12m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The large living room has an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds. The master bedroom has a 140/190 bed and a wardrobe . The 14/6 pool with 240m² of beach is shared. Free WiFi and Parking.

Studio in a quiet area

Here is a single-storey studio on the ground floor of my house, with an exceptional view, quiet but very close to the city center and the shops of Puy l 'Evêque. Guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom and an independent and private bathroom/toilet. I have arranged my cellar in a "basic" kitchen, not great luxury, but functional and reserved for rental. PS bedding is new (September 2024)
