Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk to the beach. Located in a gated community with a private parking space. It has three floors. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.

With 3 bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING, two of them with a double bed and one with three 90 cm beds. Living room with sofa bed, small terrace and kitchen with patio. Two full bathrooms with a shower. Large GARAGE SPACE in the building with automatic door and direct access to the house by ELEVATOR. From the portal there are 10 steps to access the house and 3 from the garage.

We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
