Nice and cozy accommodation, quiet area without noise, 2 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the beach. Room for 8 people. With 3 bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING, two of them with a double bed and one with three 90 cm beds. Living room with sofa bed, small terrace and kitchen with patio. Two full bathrooms with a shower. Large GARAGE SPACE in the building with automatic door and direct access to the house by ELEVATOR. From the portal there are 10 steps to access the house and 3 from the garage.
