Front ocean view 1BR condo at Cancun’s top beach.

Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Beach front, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside a gated Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road. You can´t be closer to the beach! Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean. Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES OF CANCUN. FORUM BEACH. ITS IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND MODERN WITH AND INCREDIBLY VIEW OF THE SEA AND THE LAGOON JUST THERE IN THE SAME AREA ARE RESTAURANTS, BARS,AND CANCUN NIGHT LIFE. 4 BEDS FOR 8 PEOPLE,AIR CONDITIONING, T,V, WIFI AND A LITTLE KITCHEN EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE CONDOMINUM HAS A POOL, A LITTLE GYM , SPA SERVICES AND A CAFETERIA. CONVENIENCE STORE IS LOCATED A FEW METERS AWAY AND A BIG SUPERMARKET .

This recently renovated apartment has stunning views of the Ocean and Pool area. It has two queen size beds, and a kitchenette with all the essentials (Portable stove top, Microwave, Drip coffee maker, etc.) We have good internet, and a very nice balcony. Free guarded parking. we are 17 min from the airport. Condo has a huge pool, with a large children's area, beach lounge chairs, a restaurant on the beach, convenient store and coin laundry. Located in Cancun Plaza.
