Front ocean view 1BR condo at Cancun’s top beach.

Ranked by National Geographic as one of the best beaches in the world. Located in what is widely considered the most exclusive beach in Cancun. The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

Beach front, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside a gated Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road. You can´t be closer to the beach! Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean. Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

Right in the middle of the "hotel zone". It has everything necesary to have a great time. 5 minutes walking from the beach access, discos, pubs, restaurants, stores and a supermarket. Fully equiped with AC and TV with netflix in all rooms. Second floor without elevator Consists on a living room with a kitchen, dinning area, sofa bed, working station. Apartment with wonderful laguna view w/pool & gym

Brand new apartment, fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 7th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), "Walmart Express" (supermarket), many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a huge underground parking.
