Villa Sibenik with heated swimming pool it is surface of 268 m2 (for 9 people) is equipped with luxurious stylish interior and a touch of Neo style, and with its large terrace is ideal for long enjoyment in the warm evenings or for relaxing time to read books. Within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the house there are more than 5 of the most beautiful beaches in the Šibenik region. There are a total of 3 national parks within a 45-minute drive from the house. Krka National Park is a 10-min. by car.

Vila Velika se nalazi u Sertić Poljani, u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera i udaljena je 12km od ulaza 1. Smještena je na osami,okružena prirodom,šumama i livadama. Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, jacuzzy, hot tub vanjsku kadu na drva, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište,parking i wi fi. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
