The upstairs apartment, with its private entrance, has expansive views of the ocean and the main island of Puerto Rico. The apartment boasts a fully furnished and workable kitchen, an open living area, a front porch overlooking the street, and a small bedroom where you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

This jewel is good for couples or solo adventurers. You'll be close to everything if you stay at our place. A 10-minute walk from Puerto de Lanchas and 5 minutes from several shops and restaurants located in the town of Vieques. A 15-minute drive from the airport and the Crab Island Rum distillery where you can enjoy good music, food and where you can taste the first rum made from scratch on our island. On another route, 15 minutes away, you will find the Sun Bay Spa and the Malecón de la Esperanza, a place of great tourist interest.

Approximately 10 minute drive to Esperanza and approximately 7 minute drive to the Ferry terminal. I can provide you with rental car recommendations if you’d like . If you're looking to relax and have a peaceful vacation please come stay with us! Please plan ahead for car rental as the property is centrally located on the island .

Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Walk distance from Sea Glass beach, restaurants, markets and pharmacy. 2&1, complete kitchen, dining/living room with sofa-bed. First room-queen bed/ Second room 2 twin beds and 1 full bed with a/c. Well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows, cooking pots, WiFi, Netflix,etc..

Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
