Está en la planta baja (aunque el acceso al edificio tiene 9 escalones), y comparte jardín y piscina con los otros dos apartamentos, Bonelli y Adalberti. Es un espacio acogedor con un precioso salón-comedor-cocina que dispone de todas las comodidades, cuenta con un sofá-cama para una persona, Smart tv de 50 pulgadas, chimenea eléctrica y un diseño que cuida cada detalle. Tiene una bonita terraza ideal para disfrutar de un café en la mañana o incluso de una cena bajo las estrellas con unas espectaculares vistas del pueblo y el arroyo. Apartamento equipado con nevera, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera, lavadora…, y todas las comodidades al alcance de la mano. We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors

It is also a passive house, for maximum comfort and accessibility. Energy comes from solar panels and there is a well for irrigation and filling the pool.
