Overlooking the coast from 50m above the sea, positioned on the famous rock with the lighthouse "El Faro" Unique spacious interior with the natural rocks inside, outdoor decking relax area, seaviews from every room. Outside stairs to the apartment, interior stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Aircons and ceiling fans in all rooms.

This apartment was renovated in July 2022. The beach is only 2 minutes walking from the house. It has a solarium very functional and modern. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen.
