House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

A shaded outdoor terrace features a round table surrounded by white outdoor chairs and wicker seats. Potted plants are arranged nearby, with the beach visible in the background, framed by palm trees and a scenic mountain view.

My house is beautiful, old, family-friendly, functional. I maintain it with my soul as an artist, its price corresponds to its obsolescence, I love it that way, it is a way of life. If you like the new, please let me know! 4 bedrooms (8 beds), 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 toilet , large living room. Sunshine, water temperature: Beautiful. Mountains, palm grove, sea, fishing village, sea shuttle, diving, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, Iberian culture, quiet, delicious in all seasons.
