The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully ;=) You are in charge of cleaning... or you have the option to choose the cleaning package with an additional charge of €20, to be requested when booking.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

Independent accommodation in the town center

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in Loire-Atlantique. We welcome you to a completely renovated accommodation that is located in an independent annex of our home, on the garden side. You will therefore be completely autonomous for your comings and goings. Outside parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are in the church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

Welcome to our charming maisonette in the heart of the Nantes countryside, surrounded by nature and greenery. This 60 m² house, fully renovated, furnished and equipped, will welcome you for your good times with family or friends. Outdoor table and chairs right in front of the house for your sunny meals. Close to Nantes, the Nantes to Brest canal and the Erdre for water activities.

Rent 45 m2 house, 2 bedrooms with garden for 4 people. Access and almost private garden. This cottage, located in a stone farmhouse, is adjoining and independent of our main accommodation. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds. The home was refurbished this year.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
