Our "Lemonhouse" is in Agios Dimitrios, 50 km south of Kalamata on the west coast of Mani, directly on the sea. The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. Two floors apartment, with balconies with amazing view to the laconic bay and the Kranai island. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the top floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the lower floor. On the top floor there is also a w.c. a leaving room and a large balcony with a spectacular view. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen the other bedroom, another w.c. and another balcony. Both bedrooms and leaving room are air conditioned.

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed
